Fluke Acquires Radiation-Management Business

Fluke Biomedical (Everett, WA, USA), a leading manufacturer of biomedical test instruments and part of Fluke Corp., has acquired the Radiation Management Services business of Cardinal Health (Dublin, OH, USA). The Radiation Management Services business is a provider of medical radiation quality assurance and safety products and services.

"We are pleased to reach an agreement with Cardinal Health for the acquisition of the Radiation Management Services Business. This strategic acquisition provides Fluke with a greater presence in the medical quality and safety market and the ability to more fully serve our customers needs,” said Ken Konopa, senior vice president of Fluke.

"Fluke Corporation's expertise in test and measurement equipment has long been admired in this industry. We are excited about the prospect of combining our radiation measurement capability with Fluke in order to offer our customers superior instrumentation for the future,” remarked Susan Janney, director of marketing and product development for the Radiation Management Services business.
