Eastman Kodak's Health Imaging Group (Rochester, NY, USA) has received the 2003 Frost & Sullivan (Palo Alto, CA, USA) award for customer service innovation. Kodak's Health Imaging organization in Europe earned the award for its exceptional portfolio of innovative customer service.

Frost & Sullivan is a marketing consulting and training firm. "The Kodak model of delivering services in Europe ensures high customer satisfaction levels and will be emulated by competitors in the information management solutions business,” a Frost & Sullivan report on the award stated.
