Kodak Wins Frost & Sullivan Customer Service Award

Eastman Kodak's Health Imaging Group (Rochester, NY, USA) has received the 2003 Frost & Sullivan (Palo Alto, CA, USA) award for customer service innovation. Kodak's Health Imaging organization in Europe earned the award for its exceptional portfolio of innovative customer service.

Frost & Sullivan is a marketing consulting and training firm. "The Kodak model of delivering services in Europe ensures high customer satisfaction levels and will be emulated by competitors in the information management solutions business,” a Frost & Sullivan report on the award stated.

To determine the recipient of its annual Award for Customer Service, Frost & Sullivan conducts customer surveys, and performs extensive secondary research and interviews with market participants. Organizations are ranked based on the input from these activities and the company rated the highest is given the award.
