The latest version of an advanced visualization software can now be used to showcase real human anatomy on interactive 3D platforms.

The new rendering technology enables users to visualize human anatomy and patient data on the software platform. The anatomy visualization software is used worldwide by educational institutions.

The Anatomage (San Jose, CA, USA) FDA-cleared Table software contains real anatomy from actual human cadavers, and creates 3D renderings by tracing all anatomical structures in the human body. Anatomical structures, including both soft and hard tissues, are rendered life-sized, and true to color, highlighting genetic variations, anatomical landmarks, and clinical conditions in detail. Anatomage’s advanced 3D rendering tools are intended to help clinicians patients diagnose a patient scan in 3D.

The Table software enables users to visualize the xiphoid process, and other bony anatomical landmarks in detail, with realistic coloring. The Table software provides four gross anatomy cases, more than 1000 pathological examples, and 20 high-resolution regional anatomy cases. Anatomical structures are segmented in detail from photographic images, and also include vascular structures.

Anatomage markets medical and educational tools, including radiology software, image-guided surgical devices, imaging and display equipment, and medical tables.

Director of Sales and Marketing, at Anatomage, Tommy Le, said, "Anatomage strives to be the premier technology company for medical education. Adopted at hundreds of institutions worldwide, the Anatomage Table provides the most accurate anatomy visualization and virtual dissection experience."
