Frost & Sullivan (Mountain View, CA, USA) has awarded the 2015 North American Frost & Sullivan Medical Imaging Company of the Year award to Toshiba America Medical Systems (Tustin, CA, USA). The company is recognized for excellence in its growth strategy and implementation, a high degree of product and technology innovation, and leadership.

Toshiba America Medical Systems manufactures radiology and cardiovascular systems, including Computed Tomography (CT), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), X-Ray, ultrasound, and cardiovascular equipment, and provides clinical diagnostic imaging research services.

According to Frost & Sullivan, Toshiba has adopted a new value-based business model that enables customers to use their vendor as a growth partner. This new partnership approach benefits Toshiba’s customers, and provides a sales outlet for its premium products and technologies. The award recognizes Toshiba for excellence in growth strategy and implementation, a high degree of product and technology innovation, and leadership.
