Partnership for EMR Integration Speeds Deployment and Optimizes Ordering, Imaging Workflow

A new partnership is intended to widen the range of connections through varied electronic medical record (EMR) vendors while optimizing and supporting the ease of radiology integration to mobile radiology providers and long-term care facilities.

WebInterstate, Inc. (Minneapolis MN, USA), developers of MediMatrix and a developer of mobile imaging, reported new EMR integration opportunities generated through a new strategic alliance with Liaison Healthcare (Alpharetta, GA, USA), a global provider of secure cloud-based integration and data management services. Liaison’s EMR-Link in Asia-Pacific Region optimizes EMR workflows and integration for the ordering and reporting of diagnostic tests.

Radiographic integration options will be available for multiple EMR systems; with a goal of rapid deployment of imaging orders and reporting integration within the electronic health record (EHR); more efficient ordering and reporting workflow for clinical facilities and mobile providers; substantial time-savings for mobile providers and their clients; establish and grow connections with facilities and physicians; and cost-effective options available to providers for integration.

WebInterstate builds cost-effective, web-based solutions by utilizing their extensive collection of web modules: scheduling, workflow management, billing management, records management, radiology services, EMR services, mobile applications for physicians, and long term storage and retrieval of imaging and reports.
